How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee availability, especially during summer, ski season and school holidays. Same-day requests are welcome — WhatsApp or email us and we'll do our best.
How do I book — do I need to phone?
Most of our customers book by WhatsApp or email and receive a personal confirmation within minutes. You're welcome to call the 07784 535498 line too, but WhatsApp and email are usually fastest.
Do you track my flight?
Yes. As soon as you share your flight number we monitor arrivals automatically. If your flight is delayed we adjust the pickup at no extra charge, and you get 60 minutes of free wait after landing.
What's included in the price?
A fixed-price fare, a professional chauffeur, Meet & Greet at arrivals, all tolls, parking at the airport, bottled water, and free 60-minute wait after landing. No surge pricing, ever.
Which vehicles do you use?
Our fleet includes executive saloons, spacious estates and 6-8 seat MPVs. All vehicles are late-model, fully insured and cleaned before every job. Child seats and boosters are available on request.
Can you handle corporate and hotel accounts?
Yes. We work with hotels, tour operators and businesses across the Highlands on invoice accounts with monthly billing, dedicated account managers and priority dispatch.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 12 hours before your pickup time. Late cancellations within 12 hours may incur a 50% charge; no-shows are charged in full.
Do you cover the whole of Scotland?
Our primary service area is the Highlands, Moray Coast, Cairngorms, Isle of Skye and the NC500 — connecting to Inverness, Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Glasgow Prestwick airports. If your pickup isn't listed in the booking form, choose 'Other / not listed' and we'll come back with a custom quote. Long-distance transfers across the UK are also available on request.
